Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for your stylist’s time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Changes made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%.
• If you are 15+ minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment and a cancellation fee will apply.
• All retainers are non-transferable if your appointment is no-showed or canceled outside of the 48-hour window.
